Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of the CoreKut mobile app and corekut.com (the "Service"). CoreKut is offered in Türkiye and these terms are governed by Turkish law. If the Turkish and English versions differ, the Turkish version prevails. By installing or using the app, or creating an account, you accept these terms.

1. Provider

2. What CoreKut is

CoreKut is a fitness app offering:

• training programs, built by the app's rules from scientific sources;
• nutrition plans, built the same way;
• supplement information;
• an AI coach that answers questions and can suggest changes to your program. Changes are applied only with your approval.

3. Health notice (important)

• CoreKut is not a medical service or medical device. Content is general information and does not replace a doctor, dietitian or other professional.
• The coach does not diagnose, treat disease, prescribe medication or interpret lab results.
• Consult your doctor before starting training, a diet or a supplement if any of these apply:
  • you have a health condition;
  • you take medication;
  • you are pregnant or breastfeeding;
  • you have an injury.
• If you experience chest pain, shortness of breath, fainting or dizziness while training, stop immediately and call 112 (emergency).
• Exercise and dieting carry risks. Using proper technique and appropriate loads is your responsibility.

4. AI coach

• The coach's answers are generated by AI. It aims to rely on scientific sources but may be wrong, incomplete or outdated.
• It works only with your explicit consent (Explicit Consent Text).
• You can report inappropriate or dangerous answers with 👎; we review reports.

5. Supplement information

Supplement information is general information compiled from studies; it is not a recommendation to take any product. CoreKut does not sell supplements or refer you to sellers.

6. Age and account

• CoreKut is for users aged 18 and over.
• You are responsible for accurate account details and for keeping your password secret.
• One account per person; accounts are not transferable.

7. Lite and Pro

Core features (training program, nutrition and supplement plans, logs, charts, videos) are free. Coach usage is limited:

• Guests can send 10 coach messages in total.
• Days reset at midnight Türkiye time; months reset on the 1st.
• The first regeneration of an answer is free; an answer can be regenerated at most 3 times.

We may change these limits. We announce any reduction of a Pro limit at least 30 days in advance, and it applies from your next renewal.

8. Subscriptions

• Purchase: Pro is purchased as a monthly or yearly subscription through the App Store or Google Play. The price is the one shown in the store at purchase, including taxes. Payment and billing are handled by the store under its terms.
• Free trial: if offered (e.g. 7 days), it is shown on the purchase screen with its end date. Unless you cancel before it ends, the subscription converts to a paid period.
• Auto-renewal: the subscription renews automatically for the same period at the then-current price unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Cancellation: in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings (in the app: Settings → Subscription → Manage). Pro stays active until the end of the paid period.
• Deleting your account does not cancel your subscription.
• Refunds: handled by the store under its refund policy.
• Right of withdrawal: Pro is a service performed electronically and immediately with your approval. Under Art. 15 of the Turkish Distance Contracts Regulation, the right of withdrawal does not apply once performance has begun; store refund options are unaffected.
• Restore: you can restore purchases with the same store account in Settings → Subscription.

9. Prohibited use

You agree not to:

• circumvent coach limits or free allowances (changing device identifiers, multiple or recreated accounts);
• automate access, overload or attack the Service, or bypass security measures;
• reverse engineer, copy, scrape or resell the app, its data or content, except where the law allows;
• push the coach to produce harmful or illegal content, or to bypass its safety rules;
• use someone else's account or create accounts with false information;
• use offensive or infringing names on the leaderboard.

We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms.

10. Your content

Your messages, notes and logs remain yours. We use them only to provide the Service, generate coach answers and improve safety and quality, within your consents and our Privacy Notice.

11. Intellectual property

• The CoreKut name, logo, software, design and content belong to Ege Koparan or are licensed.
• Some exercise videos and images were created with AI tools.
• We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to use CoreKut for personal, non-commercial purposes.
• Open-source components and fonts are subject to their own licenses (Settings → About → Open-source licenses).
• Nutrition data is compiled from Türkomp (Turkish Food Composition Database) and USDA FoodData Central.

12. Changes and interruptions

We may add, change or remove features. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. If we discontinue the Service, we will give at least 30 days' notice and time to delete your data.

13. Liability

CoreKut is a general information and tracking tool (see Section 3). To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damage arising from:

• using information contrary to the health notice;
• inaccurate information you entered;
• outages of service providers;
• events beyond our control.

Liability for intent or gross negligence, and your statutory consumer rights, are not limited.

14. Account closure

You can delete your account at any time in the app or at corekut.com/hesap-sil.

15. Apple App Store additional terms

• Parties: these terms are between you and Ege Koparan, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content.
• License: limited to use on Apple devices you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service usage rules.
• Maintenance and support: Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support.
• Warranty: if the app fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price, if any. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation.
• Claims: Apple is not responsible for any claims relating to the app, including product liability, legal or regulatory compliance, and consumer protection claims. These are our responsibility.
• Intellectual property: Apple is not responsible for investigating, defending, settling or discharging third-party intellectual property claims.
• Export: you represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo and are not on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
• Third-party beneficiary: Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you.

16. Changes to these terms

We announce material changes at least 15 days before they take effect, in the app and by email if you have an account.

17. Governing law and disputes

Turkish law applies. As a consumer, you may apply to the consumer arbitration committee or consumer court, within the annually announced monetary limits. Please contact destek@corekut.com first.
